Wisconsin vs. Miami score: Badgers outlast the Hurricanes in the Orange Bowl
Wisconsin overcame a slow start to stave off Miami, beating the Hurricanes 34-24 in Saturday night’s Orange Bowl.
Badger quarterback Alex Hornibrook played his best game of the season, throwing for 258 yards and four touchdowns. Danny Davis caught three of them, while A.J. Taylor notched 105 receiving yards. Running back Jonathan Taylor broke Adrian Peterson’s single-season FBS freshman rushing record; he looks like he’ll be a Heisman candidate next season.

Orange Bowl Predictions
No. 6 Wisconsin vs. No. 10 Miami
These teams followed similar trajectories this season, but it’s hard to look much worse than Miami did in its final two games against Pittsburgh and Clemson. The Hurricanes got manhandled by the Tigers in the ACC title game, and the Badgers are similarly stout up the middle.
