TAMPA, Fla. (Sports Network) - Jacory Harris threw two touchdowns and Javarris James added two scores on the ground, as 19th-ranked Miami-Florida defeated in-state foe South Florida, 31-10, at Raymond James Stadium.

Harris ended with 161 yards on 11-of-21 attempts, while Damien Berry registered 114 yards on 12 carries for the Hurricanes (9-3), who won four of their last five games to close the regular season.

B.J. Daniels completed just 6-of-16 passes for 77 yards with a touchdown and one interception for the Bulls (7-4), who wrap up their regular season schedule next Saturday at Connecticut.

The Hurricanes got the ball to begin the game and Harris capped the 12-play, 81-yard march with an 11-yard TD pass to Leonard Hankerson.

Daniels lost the handle on the Bulls' second series. Miami started at the South Florida 23 following the change of possession, and a five-yard run by James extended the lead to 14-0 with 1:50 remaining in the first quarter.

The Bulls' next drive ended with Eric Schwartz kicking a 36-yard field goal, but Miami grabbed a 21-3 lead on a two-yard run by James with 8:36 to play before halftime.

After the break, Daniels orchestrated a 13-play, 83-yard drive that culminated in a 12-yard TD reception by A.J. Love. The Hurricanes answered later in the third quarter on a 33-yard scoring play between Harris and Dedrick Epps.

Matt Bosher kicked a 32-yard field goal in the final frame to cement the win.
