The AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl has revised several of its ticket packages this year. The “Johnny’s Catfish and Seafood Family FUN Pack†and the Touchdown Club offer fans a chance to save money for their group outing to the AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl.
The “Johnny’s Catfish and Seafood Family Fun Pack†is a ticket package, which includes four south end zone tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks, and a souvenir 35th Anniversary hat for $175. The ticket package also includes a “Johnny’s Catfish Family Packâ€, which is a $20 value included in the price. This saves fans more than $40 off of the regular price.
The Touchdown Club is a ticket package specially designed for larger groups. This package includes 10 south end zone tickets, 10 hot dogs, 10 soft drinks, 10 souvenir game program vouchers which can be redeemed at the game, one sliver lot parking pass (while supplies last), and a souvenir 35th Anniversary hat all for $475. This package saves fans $60 with the parking pass. Hot dogs and soft drinks can be redeemed at the stadium on game day with vouchers provided.
The Independence Bowl also offers a wonderful ticket donation program, the Kid’s Corner Youth Ticket Initiative.
The Kid’s Corner Youth Ticket Initiative allows businesses and individuals the opportunity to donate 25 or more tickets to an area non-profit organization of their choice, such as the YMCA, Volunteers of America, or Boys and Girls Club. This program is also a great way for youth groups to sit together at the AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl in a fun and safe environment.
The AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl will begin partnerships with two new conferences this year, as teams from the ACC and Mountain West Conference will meet in December at Independence Stadium. The agreement with the two conferences runs through 2013. AdvoCare also extended its title sponsorship of the Independence Bowl for 2010.
Bowl officials also announced in January that the bowl has extended its partnership with its national radio partner, Sports USA, through 2013. The Independence Bowl has partnered with Sports USA since 2005, which marked the 30th anniversary of the game.
